LIFETIME WARRANTY

All Wine Rack Products products come with a Life Time Warranty from the date of purchase.

Wine Rack Store, warrants its wine racks, wine cubes and other stocked products to be free of defects and to be of high quality and usability for the full extent of the life of the product. “Defect” is to be defined as, but is not limited to, splitting, cracking, bowing or warping of the wood. At the full discretion of Wine Rack Store, we will replace the defective part of the purchased product or alternatively send a suitable replacement. In the event of a defect arising within one of our products please contact us immediately.

The Warranty is limited to the cost of repairing or replacing the item which is defective, which is up to the sole discretion of Wine Rack Store.

It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Wine Rack Store within 5 days of receiving the product of any defects which may be covered by this Warranty. Wine Rack Store reserves the right under this Warranty to inspect any returned item or request photographs to inspect the item.

Products and items which have been altered or modified in any way by the customer are not covered by this Warranty. Products which have been damaged by the customer by way of misassembly, negligent handling, improper installation or any other negligent use are not covered by this Warranty. This Warranty does not apply to any damage caused to products as a result of an act or acts of nature.

Wine Rack Store reserves the right to settle any conditions or events not covered within this Warranty solely by the discretion of Wine Rack Store.

This Warranty stipulates the maximum liability of Wine Rack Store for its products and nullifies any and all claims, warranties, express or implied statements.
